Fleming’s crab cakes appetizer
Savor the summer, wine lovers, with some cool deals for sipping and supping.
- On Monday nights, nine selected white wines and nine reds, by the bottle, are half off with dinner at the West Loop’s N9ne.
- Fleming’s in River North and Lincolnshire has extended its populer “567″ deal to last all night, every night, through the end of June. The promotion offers five different wines by the glass, five selected cocktails and five appetizers, each priced at $6.
- In the Loop, Petterino’s offers “Seven after Seven”: Dine after 7 p.m. any night, and seven different wines by the glass selected by sommelier Alpana Singh are $7 each, while a $19.95, three-course prix fixe offers a choice of seven of Chef Francis Brennan’s starters, entrees and desserts. Valet parking is free after 7 p.m., too.
- Summer deals at Carlucci in Downers Grove include $2 bar appetizers from 4 to 7 p.m. weekdays; no-corkage BYOB and $5 martinis on Thursdays; and 1-cent glasses of house wine on Fridays.
- On Sundays in the West Loop, Sepia’s lounge and patio are open for corkage-free BYOB, while in the dining room, all bottles under $50 are 50-percent off.
